If you need to purchase a ticket for a spouse / guest onsite, please visit the ACCG registration desk
You will have three opportunities to take your picture taken: 1. Fri., Nov. 12th 4:30-5:30pm 2. Sat., Nov. 13th 1:00-1:30pm 3. Sun., Nov. 14th following the ACCG Awards Luncheon (approx.. 1:30-2:00pm). All photos will take place in the River Concourse.
You will pick up your name badge / registration materials ONSITE at The Westin before the seminar, Friday, Nov. 12 at 11:00 a.m. (seminar begins at 11:30am)
Materials will be available by Nov. 1st. The agenda can be found here.
If you registered for the conference by 5:00pm on Oct. 11th, your registration packet will be mailed to your county clerk's attention, the week of October 25th. Your clerk will notify you when the packets have arrived and are ready for pickup from your county office.
Class materials can be downloaded from the LLA library by Mon., Nov. 1st.
All Reconnect Conference participants who were previously on a Waiting List for a Lifelong Learning Academy class at the conference, have been granted a seat in an LLA class. As each attendee's registration file in the ACCG database was updated, a confirmation e-mail was sent to the registrant with a link to the revised registration. Once the email is received, registrants can click on the link to see the revised registration and the class(es) for which the participant is now registered.
The transportation schedule will be posted to the conference website by Mon., Nov. 1st.
Invoices will be sent after the cancellation deadline which is October 25th
